In winter you can access the cross-country ski trail not too far from the house and in summer you can start your mountain tours and hikes directly from the house.
The unspoilt nature is right on our doorstep and you can walk through the nature reserve ‘Reither Moor’ right in front of the house and watch and feed the birds, ducks and squirrels. Or you can simply enjoy the unspoilt Seefeld Wildsee lake with a particularly beautiful and refreshing bathing experience.
