Deposit
20% of the total price, we ask you to pay the remaining amount in cash at our house before your departure. Unfortunately we do not accept EC cards and credit cards

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
European travel insurance
Cancellations
In the last week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 80% of the total package price. From one month to one week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50%. If we are able to re-let the flat, we do not charge a cancellation fee. In one of these cases, we will refund any advance payment made less charges.
